Children's Time was born in 1998 and has been owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Marcie & Joe Welsch. Marcie is also the Director and part of the teaching staff. She holds a CDA certification (Child Development Associate) and has been teaching and caring for young children since 1991. As a Director, a minimum of 30 hours of related training per year and a minimum of four college credits every five years is required. Joe is also the Cook/Building Manager and maintains numerous culinary and nutrition classes. He has over 20 years of experience in the food service and building management field. 
All of our Lead Teachers must hold an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and must have a minimum of two years experience in a group care setting before employment. Lead Teachers also must be CPR/First Aid certified and maintain a minimum of 30 hours of related training per year.
